Join chef Maude as she pays homage to Tuscany with authentic recipes
from her travels. On the menu:
eggplant bruschetta, tuscan minestrone, lemon soaked zucchini
coins, chianti risotto, and seafood livornesse. dessert will be a
surprise.
We’ll be using as much local produce as possible, Swank Farms is
donating for the menu. Our seafood will be local and sustainable.
The class cost is $95.00. January 9th 2008 at ' Market Salamander '
7:30 P.M.
