Sal Varri is the owner of Varri Green Farm, and also a first generation farmer. Sal is a
native of South Florida where he became a land investor and currently holds a Florida Real Estate license.
Farmer Sal is continuing to promote local, sustainable, and organic gardening through the
installation and assistance of several community and children's gardens.

On the farm, the volunteers and Sal take special pride in producing the best chemical free herbs,
sprouts, fruits, nuts, and vegetables with back yard love, homegrown care, and whole
earth respect. We keep it local by selling all vegetables 'direct to market',
insuring that no produce is shipped more than 100 miles.
The produce is picked a day or two before each
market so the nutritional value is at its highest quality,
and the vegetables are as fresh as possible.
